Deven Delap
Deven Delap is a managing partner of Angel Capital LLC, a privately held, multifamily investment company. Former U.S. Marine and after acquiring rental property he knew this was the path to he wanted to be a part of and Multi Family is the best and most underrated form of investment. Deven also has extensive experience in Cryptocurrency and Cryptocurrency assets such as NFT’s, where he has sold some of upwards of $100,000 U.S. dollars. Deven Currently lives in Fort Collins CO with his wife Elizabeth and 4 children, Jorden, Michael, Meela and Morgen.
Liz Delap
Elizabeth Delap is a managing partner of Angel Capital LLC, a privately held, multifamily investment company. Elizabeth attended Iowa State University where she received her B.S. degree and then University of Phoenix to acquire her Masters in Education. After acquiring rental property, she also knew that this is what she wanted to do and help others in as well. Elizabeth currently lives in Fort Collins CO with her husband Deven and 4 children, Jorden, Michael, Meela and Morgen.
